Terms of Service

Effective from: January 2026

1. Service Description

AEOmotor provides AI visibility tools and analysis platform for Answer Engine Optimization. The service includes keyword monitoring, schema analysis and reporting.

2. Contract Period

All plans (SME, Enterprise, Agency) run monthly with no lock-in period. Notice period is 30 days.

3. Payment Terms

Invoicing occurs monthly in advance. Payment shall be made within 10 days from invoice date.

4. Access and Responsibility

AEOmotor is a self-service tool. The platform offers schema generators and Elmer (AI guide) as support. The customer is responsible for reviewing and verifying suggestions before implementation. Monthly reports are generated automatically in the tool and can be sent via email according to customer settings.

5. No Results Guarantee

AEOmotor is an analysis tool that provides insights and recommendations. We do not guarantee specific results such as number of AI citations, increased visibility or improved rankings. Results depend on external factors such as AI platform algorithms, competition and the customer's own implementation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kreatum AI is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by:

• Changes in AI platform algorithms or behavior
• Technical disruptions from third parties (AI providers, hosting, etc.)
• Decisions or implementations based on the tool's recommendations
• Incorrect or incomplete data entered by the customer in the tool

The customer is fully responsible for reviewing, validating and testing all suggestions before implementation on their own website. AEOmotor provides tools and recommendations – not guaranteed results.
