Terms of Service

Effective from: January 2025

1. Service Description

Kreatum provides AEO services (Answer Engine Optimization) which include structured data, content optimisation and monthly reporting of AI citations.

2. Commitment Period

• Start package: 3 months commitment
• Growth package: 6 months commitment
• Pro package: 12 months commitment

After the commitment period, the agreement runs monthly with 30 days' notice.

3. Payment Terms

Invoicing occurs monthly in advance. Payment shall be made within 10 days from invoice date.

4. Delivery

First implementation occurs within 14 days from agreement start. Monthly reports are sent by the 5th of each month at the latest.

5. Warranty

We guarantee implementation of structured data according to agreement. Number of AI citations cannot be guaranteed as it depends on external factors (AI algorithms, competition).

6. Limitation of Liability

Kreatum is not liable for losses caused by AI platforms' algorithm changes or technical disruptions beyond our control.
